1. General Terms

These terms govern your use of the Gransino Casino platform, operated under Curaçao Gaming License #365/JAZ. The platform is available to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering.

You must be at least 19 years of age to use our services (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your province and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

One account per person, household, IP address, and device. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) at any time. Failure to provide documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: C$25 (C$10 for Apple Pay/Google Pay). All deposits must be made from payment methods in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited. We process withdrawals via the same method used for deposits where possible. Withdrawal processing times: Interac e-Transfer under 2 hours; e-wallets under 24 hours; cards 1–3 business days; bank transfers 1–3 business days.

We reserve the right to conduct identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC completion. Withdrawal fees: none charged by us; your payment provider may charge fees for certain methods. Currency: all balances displayed in Canadian Dollars (C$).

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of issuance. The welcome bonus (100% up to C$200 + 100 free spins) carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Different games contribute at different percentages to wagering: slots = 100%, live casino = 10%, table games = 10%, video poker = 0%.

Maximum bet while a bonus is active: C$5 per spin/bet. Violation of this rule may result in bonus and associated winnings being voided. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We reserve the right to reverse any bonus or winnings obtained through abuse of our promotional offers.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts; providing false registration information; using software, bots, or automated systems to play; collusion with other players; exploiting software bugs or errors; money laundering or any other financial crime; making chargebacks after receiving bonus funds. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Game Fairness

All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session outcomes will vary. We do not influence game outcomes in favour of the casino beyond the standard house edge built into each game's design.

7. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gambling. Account holders can access deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion from the Account → Responsible Gaming settings. 8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall first be addressed through our customer support process. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. By using our services, you agree to this dispute resolution process.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
